My experience this first semester

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to write the last blog of the term. Wow, I think it has passed too fast. This semester had good and bad moments, and I'm going to begin with the bad things.  It was complicated because the subject "techniques of laboratory" was hard for me, and this is an important subject to this career. I began to doubt if I really want to become a chemical pharmaceutic, but now that the term is going to finish, I think I'm in the right way. Also, my qualifications this semester didn't be as in High School used to be, I think is part of the adaptation between school and university. And the last bad thing I want to share with you is that one of my new friends at university decided to get out of this career. That was so sad because I used to have funny moments with him, but I hope he meet his goals. As you can imagine, the good things of this semester were the good people that I met. In my group we support each other, sometimes we study toget

How my ideal vacation would be

Hello everybody! Today I’m going to talk about how my ideal vacations would be. I decided to talk about this because I get so excited and I imagine myself in 10 years more, traveling around the world, exploring another cultures and relaxing haha. I have 3 options of good holidays: my first option is to travel across my country, because it’s a beautiful place, specially the south of Chile, where I could connect with nature and all of traditions of there. It would be better if I’m with my family and we all have a good time. My second option is go to Asia; I think Japan or South Korea would be nice. I think their traditions are different, so I’d like to compare their culture with mine. Also, I’d like to taste their traditional dishes, buy their beauty make up, or just go to a karaoke in Japan. I think it will be fun if I go with friends. And my last option is to go to Europe, because I’d like to know the monuments there. I’ve heard that all places are so near of each other, so I think I

My favorite subject this semester

Hi everyone, today I’m going to talk about one of my favourites subjects. I didn’t know what subject choose, I was between “chemistry” and “Chemistry Lab Techniques” and I have chosen the second one. I love chemistry, but there isn’t something new, this semester we have seen school contents, meanwhile in chemistry lab techniques we realise manual activities, we mix chemical compounds, we work with chemistry laboratory apparatus and we study the preventions that we must have in a laboratory. Before of every practical class, we have a theoretical class where we learn about chemical laws, how to calculate concentrations of solutions, and all of what we must do in our practical classes. I think this was the boring part of the subject. There were so many things that I haven’t did at school, so I think that’s what had had caption my attention. Despite it’s an interesting subject, it was a little bit difficult for me, I didn’t get good qualifications at the beginning and I’m not going to

Career-Related Website

Hello everyone! In this blog I'm going to write about a career-related Website that I like to visit. It was difficult to me to choose one, because I just use to see memes related to my career on Instagram, and I don't search pages of what I'm studying (because I don't have so much time and in my free time I prefer to realize another activities that are not related with my career). But when I do, I use to visit this link: http://www.colegiofarmaceutico.cl/ This page is the official website of "Colegio de químicos farmacéuticos y bioquímicos de Chile". They have sections like "national news" where they upload relevant information in the country about what is happening with laws that compete us, congresses, medicines, relevant facts, etc. There is a section where they invite us to join this organization, another where we can read all the legal part of the career and also we can found a section where pharmaceutical chemists can search work. I visit it a
